Open Gif Animator.  Using the Animation Wizard, set the canvas to 254x211 (the same size as your .ufo canvas).  Browse to the folder where you saved your frames.  Holding down the Ctl key, click on Frame 4, 3, 2 and 1.  Click Next.  Set the delay time to 18.  Click Next.  Click Finish.

In the Frame Panel, double click on Frame 4.   The Frame Properties box will appear.  Set the delay time to 25.  Preview your animation.  If satisfied, save your animation by going to File Optimization Wizard.  Depending upon your fill/color, reduce the number of colors to reduce the size of the file size.  Be careful not to sacrifice too much as you don't want your image to appear too "grainy".  Once you're satisfied, Save As.
